With well over 50 certified welders and 150 qualifications, Orsam is has experience with the following type of material: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Cupro Nickel and Inconel 625. We have experience qualifying welding procedures according to international codes/standards including and not limited to: ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, API 650 & 1104, ABS and DNV. In-house we have developed and qualified over 3,000 welding procedures for SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, GS-FCAW, STT and SAW weld processes.
